I managed the channel end to end, including content planning, scripting, video editing, and publishing, with a focus on educational, evidence-based programming for runners and mothers. The strategy centered on scalable content series such as running warm-ups, injury prevention, and maternal mental health conversations, translating clinical expertise into accessible, engaging video content. The campaign resulted in 47% channel growth, expanding Dr. Pieton's reach and establishing YouTube as a key education and audience-building platform for her practice.
