Founded in 1985, Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties has granted the wishes of more than 2,000 local children in Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties on the central coast of California.
Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties enlisted us to help with several key areas: grow their audience and drive several Key Performance Indicators:
We delineated an effective social marketing strategy, starting with LA Rams Night and a holiday season donation campaign.
We developed an editorial calendar with planned, created & approved original social content, and reported weekly & monthly social analytics and growth data.
Through comprehensive account management, we actively sought potential fans and tapped into relevant conversations within fan communities.
Concurrently, we launched a paid digital ad campaign with hyper-targeted ads across multiple platforms. We devised a budget, timeline, strategy and creative for the paid campaign. We focused on the platforms that delivered the best ROI and lowest CPC.
Over the course of our ongoing campaign, Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties has raised over $75,000.
Our work was featured in an interview with CEO Pattie Mullens about LA Rams Night on Spectrum News 1.
During the LA Rams Night event, the Make-A-Wish Twitter account received the greatest number of engagements of all time.
The Make-A-Wish accounts continue to see record growth as our sustain campaign continues.
