We delineated an effective social marketing campaign, starting with a fresh influx original content ranging from Instagram Stories and in-feed posts to short-form product demos. With a new slate of content, we increased Betterment's posting cadence by 73%, which also led to massive gains on Total Impressions.
We expanded Betterment's competitive analysis capabilities, identifying key competitors and identifying their social strategies by tracking their cross-platform growth, content mix, and posting cadence over time.
We worked across multiple lines of business, creating key product demos, which included Betterment @ Work's newest product launch, Student Loan Management.
Through effective always-on community management, we drove a 51% increase in total engagements across all social platforms.
We worked with the Betterment marketing team to develop an editorial calendar with planned, created & approved original social content, and reported weekly & monthly social analytics and growth data.
Recently, we helped to launch Betterment on TikTok. The brand has seen exponential growth on the platform.
