
Alex Gold is a seasoned veteran in social media and digital marketing, known for bringing an upbeat, positive energy alongside deep strategic and operational expertise across entertainment, media, music, and emerging technology. From his time at Nickelodeon working on iconic IP including SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the Kids’ Choice Awards, to his work in the music industry collaborating with artists such as Fishbone, Alan Evans Trio, Slightly Stoopid, The Aggrolites, Pepper, and Iration, Alex has built a career at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and audience development.
Driven by a passion for building brands and launching ideas, Alex founded Del Oro Media Agency in 2019, where he has led branding, PR, and digital campaigns for clients spanning streaming and FAST platforms, record labels, Web3 and gaming companies, health and wellness professionals, and media technology startups. His work includes spearheading rebrands, launching albums and products, securing top-tier earned media coverage, and developing performance-focused social and content strategies that deliver measurable results.
Alex holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Marcos. Outside of work, he is proud father and husband, an avid scuba diver, traveler, musician, film enthusiast, and pottery aficionado who enjoys creating original pieces for family and friends.
